As an Admin professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that internal operations run efficiently and in line with company standards. This role is based in our Hanoi Office (Hoan Kiem Ward).
We're looking for passionate and detail-oriented Admin HR Executive to support the operations of our dynamic Technical Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of HR activities, including initiating and managing recruitment processes as well as assisting with onboarding procedures. Additionally, you will support team development initiatives and provide essential administrative assistance to ensure the department’s smooth and efficient functioning.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Office Operation & Reception
• Dispatch/Receive/Follow-up Courier Documents/ Packages
• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and professional working environment.
• Handle reception duties, meeting room scheduling, courier and document flow, and general office communication.
• Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Organize internal activities and office setups for small events (weekly/ monthly events: Happy hour, Birthday Event,…) or festive occasions (tea breaks, idea & decorations, team gatherings for Mid-Autumn, Christmas, Year End, New year…).
• Support on Implementation of Social activities & Staff activities (Team Building, Year End Party,…)
• Arrange business trip (local & oversea) as per request & prepare travel reimbursement claim
2. HR Support:
• Plan and execute recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR data and personnel records.
• Monitor contract status and ensure compliance with labor requirements.
• Research and coordinate training programs.
• Propose and implement employee benefits and engagement initiatives.
• Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook) for employer branding.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or related function
• Excellent attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
Preferred:
• Experience in event planning or office administration.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
