Mô Tả Công Việc
• Prepare and manage contracts for full time/part-time employees and suppliers of teachers.
• C&B: prepare for payroll, pay slip, insurances, PIT in coordination with Accounting Dept.
• Manage HR documentation and HR information system: leave tracking, employee information, labor contracts.
• Recruitment: Support HR & Operation Manager in recruitment process.
• Notify line managers and employees on performance review for signing/resigning labor contracts.
2. ADMINISTRATION
• Manage Cleaner and Security Guard teams
• Manage the school legal documentation
• Prepare stationary, employee card, name card for new employees
• Prepare announcement for administrative operation
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by HR & Operation Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 1 year of experience in C&B/payroll, PIT
• Good knowledge in labor law and social insurance
• Good communication skills (in both writing and speaking Vietnamese / English).
• Initiative, responsible, team work and interested in Education environment.
