Job Description
1. Participate in interviewing process and administering recruitment documentations:
• Collect and file CVs from registered channels and sources to build talent database.
• Conduct resumes screening as per job description, interview candidates at junior levels
• Arrange and follow up interviews/ tests with candidates
• Administer documentation for new-hires’ checklist: employees’ records, arrange health-check up
• Track probation and getting confirmation from LM
• Assist in recruiting activities and employer values building: job fairs, career-talks show and other events.
2. Compensation & benefits implementation:
• Maintain and update the employees profile including new-hires, changes in C&B
• Implement employees' benefits programs: health insurance, canteen, housing, education of employees’ children
• Calculate salary, statutory insurances, PIT for both Vietnamese employees and expatriates
3. Training logistics and follow up:
• Be responsible for organizing all training program and logistics including visas and work permits for oversea trainings
• Conduct HR trainings for the new hires
4. Administration tasks
• Assist in air booking, transportation arrangement, SAP processes for related HR purchases
• Support for expats with visa and work permit procedures
• Coordinate with other plants and Headquarters for arranging Company’ s trips
Job Requirements
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good understanding and knowledge of Vietnam labor laws
• Very good communication skills with a demonstrated maturity and confidence
• Hold relevant positions for at least 3-5 year experience in foreign Company, more preferably in manufacturing environment
• High level of flexibility/ mobility
