About the HR & Admin Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for full spectrum of human resources and administration functions of our plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on involvement in daily human resources operation including but not limit to policies formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and work permit applications
- Work proactively and closely with senior management to support daily operation and business development
- Lead the team to deliver human resources and administration functions in an efficient and orderly manner
- Prepare staff cost budget & forecast and analytical reports to management
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

- At latest 10 years’ experience in human resources and administration function with minimum eight years at supervisory level. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferable
- Well versed with labour ordinance and tax law in Vietnam
- A self-motivator, executor and team player. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to build up close working relationships with all levels of staff
- Independent, strong analytical ability, well-organised and sensitive to figures
- Good command of spoken and written English
