Administer and update employee information and personal files for Mettler-Toledo Vietnam
Implement leave records and work attendance.
Implement and support HR & Admin tasks including company activities for the Vietnam office
Update HR News and other departments if required.
Coordinate and prepare information for employees.
Able or willing to use MS Teams and SharePoint as the HR communication channel including others application.
Carry out any other work deemed necessary, or ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Superior(s).
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 3+ years' experience in a human resources position
• Energetic and willing to change to new technology
• People skills with a service mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• prioritize work effectively within the tight deadline
• Capable of establishing and maintaining sound relationships at all levels of the organization
• Good command of English
• Computer literate in MS office (Email, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) other applications for design would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Having experience using LMS is an advantage
