Mô Tả Công Việc
- Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies
- Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other reports for relevant authorities
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration including self-insured, group life, medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & director benefits administration;
- Implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Health Care
Manage staff database, labor contract
- Support the organization on the Performance Management process
Support the HR Manager to prepare annual budget
- Facilitate employee recruitment process.
- Facilitate Employee Relations activities of the organization.
- Liaison with different government bodies and law enforcing agencies if required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
- Participate/ assist HRM in implementing team projects & initiatives
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Economics, Law or relevant fields
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in the same position
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance, Health - Insurance and Unemployment Insurance law and related regulations is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze, high responsibility, ability to work well under pressure.
- Good at English communication skills
