Job Description

- Recruiting Intern position and supporting to recruit full-time position

- Conducting on-board training for new Interns

- Facilitating training activities of the company including orientation training and periodic training

- Managing monthly attendance record

- Controlling and applying for work permit/TRC/visa for expats

- Taking charge of Trade Union’s expenses payment claim

- Organizing company events such as annual health check, outing trip, Year-end Party, etc.

- Controlling incoming - outgoing mails

- Managing in-charge admin contracts

- Purchasing admin stuff and making payment request for in-charge admin expenses

- Resolving employees' inquiries related to internal IT system

- Other admin tasks such as motorbike parking service registration, staff contact list updating, etc.

- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Languages or relevant fields.
- Having 1-2 year experience in admin, HR. Having working experience in MNC is preferred. Fresh graduates with career objective in HR-Admin field are also welcome.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good planning and time management skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Proactive, detail-oriented, careful, considerate, tactful, inclusive, approachable and honest
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks from time to time
- Having a strong interest in HR-Admin field and want to pursuit this career in the long term
