HR & Admin Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment
‒ Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create/update job descriptions.
‒ Planning recruitment annually and control cost in budget.
‒ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, interviewing, and preparing job offers.
‒ Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for critical positions.
‒ Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration for new employees.
‒ Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
‒ Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with line managers.
‒ Develop annual training plans and budgets.
‒ Coordinate internal and external training sessions (soft skills, technical skills, compliance, etc.).
‒ Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
‒ Support talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
3. HR Operations
‒ Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation (contracts, performance reviews, etc.).
‒ Support HR policies and procedures implementation and compliance with labor laws.
‒ Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.
‒ Document for expats: Visa, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card...
‒ Active involvement in various employee retention and devising rewards & recognition schemes and attrition analyses across the organization
4. Administrative
‒ Office management: Arrange, organize, and maintain workspace, manage stationery, office equipment, and other company assets.
‒ Document and file management: Prepare, receive, process, and store all types of documents, records, official dispatches, and documents related to the company's operations.
‒ Support the preparation of administrative procedures and regulations
‒ Manage, monitor, and implement payment requests and issue assets, equipment, uniforms, labor protection, and general supplies of the factory and company.
‒ Manage, monitor contracts, make payments for expenses related to Store and company logistics such as: House leasing, electricity, water, internet, telephone, garbage, transportation, drinking water, office tea-break, security services, cleaning services, trees, IT, other related services...
‒ Perform reception work, receive guests coming to work.
‒ Make hotel reservations, air tickets, transportation, etc. related to company employees' business trips.
‒ Support other departments to solve administrative issues, organize events, food safety and hygiene, occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, etc. and related activities.
‒ Coordinate work to obtain FSSC, Halal, Food Safety and Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Hygiene certifications, and related certifications.
‒ Perform other administrative tasks as required by Line Managers and the BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
‒ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
‒ 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Recruitment and/or L&D.
‒ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
‒ Good command of English (spoken & written).
‒ Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
‒ Negotiation, problem solution, time management
‒ Multi-tasks skill, can do attitude, ability work under pressure
‒ Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
‒ Have wide connections to have a rich source of candidates
‒ Experience in F&B, hospitality, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
