- Execute recruitment process to assure the right talent for company growth.
- Propose and implement onboarding and training plans in order to close existing gaps.
- Execute and follow up evaluation process (probation time, annual appraisal, adaptation survey, engagement survey, etc.) in order to identify improvement opportunities.
- Elaborate and analyze HR KPI´s and statistics for decision making.
- Monitor and implement the communication programs and campaigns to reinforce our company culture.
- Coordinate and execute company events (birthdays, crop closure, tet holiday, etc.) to provide a good working environment.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have experience studying or living abroad
- At least 2 years working in HR general (recruitment, Labor compliance, labor relations...)
- Availability to work in Long Thanh and travel to other locations (HCM and Lam Dong)
- Experience working in international companies (plus)
