Job Description

1. Build and develop human resources:
• Coordinate with the Head of Department to reconstruct the functions and duties/job descriptions of the positions/ departments.
• Coordinate with the Head of Department to rebuild KPI evaluation criteria and process.
• Set up KPIs, monitor and evaluate staff's capacity on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Make annual, quarterly and monthly plans to recruit, train and develop human resources.
• Conducting recruitment of personnel suitable to the development needs of the company and departments year / quarter / month / week ...
• Develop regulations on salary, bonus, welfare and incentives - stimulate employees to work.
• Develop policies to promote and replace personnel.
• Human resource budgeting.
2. Human Resource Administration:
• Organize and perform administrative tasks according to functions, duties and requests of the Board of Directors.
• Rebuilding the labor regulations, the system of rules, processes and regulations for the Company and supervising the observance of those rules.
• Propose solutions and maintain the implementation of the Company's rules and regulations
• Organize and operate related administrative activities: fleet management, health care, storage organization
3. Employee administration
• Coordinate with other department heads to develop appropriate personnel assessment criteria
• Develop policies to retain and attract talents
• Develop an employee development roadmap

Job Requirements

• Experience in human resources management at manufacturing companies
• Can communicate in English
• Mindset of applying cost-effective operation in human resources department.
• Experience in building processes, procedures, and company rules
• Experience in building salary scale, salary,bonus and KPI
