2. Human Resource Administration:
• Organize and perform administrative tasks according to functions, duties and requests of the Board of Directors.
• Rebuilding the labor regulations, the system of rules, processes and regulations for the Company and supervising the observance of those rules.
• Propose solutions and maintain the implementation of the Company's rules and regulations
• Organize and operate related administrative activities: fleet management, health care, storage organization
3. Employee administration
• Coordinate with other department heads to develop appropriate personnel assessment criteria
• Develop policies to retain and attract talents
• Develop an employee development roadmap
• Can communicate in English
• Mindset of applying cost-effective operation in human resources department.
• Experience in building processes, procedures, and company rules
