Mô tả công việc
1- Plan and organize the office work and monitor the distribution of the office activities to ensure workflow and simplicity of office work procedures.
2- Prepare meeting agendas as per the manager directions, inform attendees and provide all relevant data and files for the discussed subjects.
3- Arrange the direct manager calendar and commitments including meetings, interviews, visits and official missions. Update the calendar as per any occurring changes.
4- Follow up directions and assignments given by the manager and prepare memos of this follow-up result to present to the manager.
5- Organize, keep and follow all the office files and records to make it easy to refer to and get required information.
6- Provide required stationary for the office work follow up with the office systems and how to make use of them to help work flow.
7- Monitor travel arrangements for the manager and make travel and residence reservations and commitments abroad.
8- Forward outcomes of the manager meetings including decisions, recommendations or directions to the concerned persons and follow up with required procedures to ensure their implementation.
9- Prepare required reports and statistics about the office activities, classify them and save them in the computer as per the applied information systems and databases.
10- Type special and private reports from the manager or for the office requirements.
11- Receiving incoming calls to office, answering and transfer the call to right person.
12- Manage attendance, employee leave, filing HR document.
13- Recruitment: receiving the approved recruitment require from related departments, posting for job vacant, scan CV, arrange for interview.
14- Follow and observe health, safety and environment systems and regulations and take due precautions to protect himself/herself and others and preserve the company’s assets and properties.
15- Perform other assigned duties.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Experiences:
- At least 1 years of experience in GA - HR field
* Skills:
• Good command of written and spoken English.
•Excellent written and communication skills, including telephone skills.
• Excellent organization and administration skills.
• Having knowledge of standard office work for HR& administration department.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and also on individual tasks.
• Being a sociable and interactive person. Having skill to connect a group or a team together.
• Supportive, hardworking, willing to learn, receptive to feedback, and attentive.
