This role provides comprehensive support across L&D programs, recruitment activities, and internal communications to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the company’s employer brand. Also this position is responsible for HR budget coordination and ensuring strict adherence to corporate compliance standards and administrative procedures.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
L&D Support:
• Collaborate with L&D Lead on the planning and execution of all Learning & Development activities
• Manage full-cycle training logistics, ensuring all venues, resources, and equipment are prepared for seamless program delivery.
• Coordinate with external agencies to facilitate training sessions and maintain high standards of workshop facilitation.
• Drive L&D administrative excellence by managing post-training surveys, generating data-driven reports, and sustain the L&D Hub.
NSC Recruitment Support:
• Manage recruitment support for the NSC, encompassing resume screening, interview scheduling, health check arrangements, and database administration
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and efficient integration process for new employees.
• Support the implementation of employer branding projects and HR initiatives to drive organizational growth.
HR Internal Communication Management:
• Manage HR email accounts and coordinate the communication of internal policies, organizational updates, and company events (town halls, celebrations, etc.) to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
• Manage and regularly update various internal communication channels, including physical bulletin boards and digital news feeds, to keep information fresh and engaging.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events and employee engagement programs to foster a positive company culture.
HR Budget Coordination:
• Support HR Manager in coordinating and tracking the HR department’s monthly and annual expenditures against the approved budget.
Compliance:
• Comply with Internal policies, Code of Conduct, procedures of the Company
• Complete all compliance training as required by Corporate Compliance Office.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor’s Degree on related fields
Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as HR in MNC
Competencies and skills:
• Excellent ability to manage end-to-end logistics for training programs and recruitment cycles with meticulous attention to detail and planning
• Stakeholders & Vendors management: strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with external agencies and internal departments to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Problem-solving with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Good communication & content creation: Excellent writing and design skills to manage internal communication channels and create engaging content that reinforces company culture and employer branding
• High adaptability, learning agility & continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
