1. HR administration
• Prepare, review, and manage HR documentation such as contracts, onboarding materials, and personnel records.
• Maintain and update employee databases and HR filing systems.
• Assist in coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
2. Recruitment management
• Assist in posting jobs, finding CVs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate with candidates to facilitate recruitment processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.
3. Employee engagement support
• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Help prepare employee engagement materials and communications.
• Support HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

• Available to work full-time.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Skilled in using office tools such as Google Workspace (G Suite), Canva, and others.
• Excellent communication skills with prior experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders on projects.
• Possesses a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
