Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assist HR Share Service in setting up a self-service portal and promoting self-service culture;
- Provide the administration support on labour contract, annex, and other employment documents including printing, obtaining signatures of HR Director/staff and stamping the documents; provide certified copies of labour documents upon proper approval, etc…;
- In charge of the whole process of staff personal profile management including collecting the new joiners’ profiles on onboarding date, making sure that staff personal file are well organised and maintained; archiving soft and hard copies of personal profiles documents etc., sending and retrieving personal files to/from storage;
- Support HRSS in handling staff benefits administration (staff token, etc…);
- Provide administrative support to the HC Team including travel arrangement, stationery orders, organising events/activities, and other tasks upon request;
- Support the payroll team for tax and social insurance-related tasks such as tax code registration for staff and dependent relief, tax receipt issuance, quarterly tax receipt usage report to the Tax authority, logistic arrangement for social insurance book closing and working with a one-door person in Social Insurance Department.
