HR Business Partner

• Collaborate with commerce leadership and HR services to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support Vietnam Market (Sales & Marketing) and APAC Marketing Departments

• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution

• Act as a point of contact providing guidance and resolution for employees

• Conduct investigations when necessary and address employee concerns

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

• Coordinate with function manager on on-going performance management

• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback

• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions

• Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results

• Work closely with recruitment teams to attract, select, and onboard top talent

• Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning

• Conduct talent assessments and identify key skill gaps

• Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to implement relevant programs

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

• At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partner or General HR

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization

• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus

• Excellent people management skills

• Analytical and goal oriented

• Good English
