HR Business Partner Expansion and Indonesia & India

The HR Business Partner – Expansion plays a key role in supporting existing operations in Indonesia and India, while also driving HR strategy and execution for new market expansion. This role partners closely with leadership to strengthen current local teams, establish scalable HR foundations, and ensure smooth entry and growth in new markets.
The position focuses on talent acquisition, organizational setup and scaling, localization of HR policies, performance management, and compliance with local labor regulations, while maintaining alignment with global HR standards
Position based in Hanoi / Regional role (with frequent coordination across markets).
Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy for Market Expansion:
• Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies supporting expansion in Indonesia and India.
• Support organizational setup, headcount planning, and team scaling in new markets.
• Adapt global HR policies to local labor laws and cultural contexts.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Lead and coordinate recruitment for key positions in new markets, including leadership and critical roles.
• Work with local partners, agencies, and internal TA teams to ensure effective hiring.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract local talent in Indonesia and India.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and cultural integration of new hires.
3. Performance Management & Talent Development:
• Implement performance management frameworks aligned with business goals in each market.
• Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and managing performance issues.
• Identify high‑potential employees and support local succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives suitable for local cultures.
4. Compliance, HR Operations & Projects
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment contracts, and HR regulations in Indonesia and India.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and payroll teams on HR operations.
• Lead HR projects related to market entry, organizational design, and people processes.
• Track HR costs and ensure alignment with expansion budgets.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, preferably supporting multi‑country or expansion environments.
• Experience working with Southeast Asia and/or India markets is a strong advantage
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, labor compliance, and organizational development.
• Ability to work across cultures and manage remote stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing HR projects in fast‑growing environments
