To assist implement fully in the People side of the vision, we are now looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to join our growing Vietnam team. Responsibilities

- To be a member of the ASP HR Organization and support business performance and directions, specifically for Vietnam
- To bring HR projects/process improvements / HR year initiatives in close coordination with a regional and global team
- Identify and improve Employee engagement and initiatives across business functions in Vietnam
- Smooth operations by ensuring resource planning / on-boarding & integration
- Guide development committee to ensure smooth functioning and innovative People & Culture (P&C) support by ensuring inclusion and bottom-up communication
- Guide Leadership & Development, and People Processes
- Compliance with relevant labor laws (DOLISA) well adhere in Vietnam
- Support leaders in development and training agenda
- Discipline management (Knowledge of basic labor laws and other relevant acts)
- Ensure Labour Compliance
- Work with the business and employees for ensuring engagement and positive employee satisfaction
- Partner with local and functional teams to ensure the P&C deliverables are achieved

Job Requirements

Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree holder with 3 to 5 years experience in HR-related function(s)
- Experience in setting up local HR processes in Vietnam
- Experience with liaising and effective audit results with DOLISA


Competencies
- Clear communicator and professional influential skills
- Comfortable working across functions and leadership styles
- Ability to be hands-on and establish new processes/policies
- Negotiation and liaise (Government officials) where necessary
- Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws
- Able to communicate in English
