Mô Tả Công Việc
• Responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates;
• Work very closely with clients and candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards
• Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
• Consult candidates about the current opportunities, provide professional career advice and recommend them the most suitable positions.
• Following to recruiting process between clients and candidates;
• Maintain strong relationships among clients and candidates,
• Support the candidates during the whole recruitment process.
• Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management;
• Other tasks as assigned by manager/director.
2. Business Development & Strategies
• Actively market Navigos Search and services to clients and candidates (i.e. Networking events, internal company events, etc).
• Align company & team business strategies to ensure the growth of team while building/maintaining client relationships.
• Cooperate & synergize with other managers to meet company objectives and ensure active sales pipeline (i.e. Individual & team).

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Passionate within the HR Recruitment field and willing to become a subject matter expert (SME);
• Advanced in English (written and spoken) with computer literacy;
• Be a customer service-oriented and sales-oriented person.
• Willing to work under high pressure and learning to enhance experience professionally.
