In charge of business development, account management & recruitment process.
Communicate & Negotiate with the clients about the Job Orders. Evaluate and meet the needs of each specific customer.
Find suitable candidates in the shortest time, ensuring to meet the candidate's career goals and customer resource needs.
Consult and give the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining candidate database
Evaluate and meet the needs of each specific customer
Find suitable candidates and summarize them with opportunities when working with customers' companies
Manage the recruitment process (Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, send out CVS to clients, generate offer letters & follow with the clients for the final result)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from College/ University in Economics / Business / Human Resource Management
Have 1-3 year working experience in the field of HR is an advantage
Have knowledge and candidate network about one of the following sectors: Pharma, Agriculture, Garment/ Textile, ICT, Electronics, Trading or Manufacturing is an advantage.
Have the ability to communicate with candidates and business customers
Be enthusiastic about human resources (especially head-hunting service)
Result-oriented and money-oriented
Hard-working and willing to learn
Good in communication skills in English
