- Post announcements on recruitment channels
- Schedule interview appointments with candidates
- Support in the recruitment process and employer's branding activities
- Legal and regulatory compliance with Vietnam labor law.
- Prepare, store, and track employee labor contracts.
- Monitor and check annual leave for employees
- Prepare and manage the payroll, support PIT finalization
- Carry out procedures related to monthly social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (if any)
- Carry out procedures related to PIT including tax registration, dependent registration, monthly report submission, and annual PIT finalization in accordance with the law.
- Carrying out other procedures of employees: sickness, maternity, job termination, etc.
- Organizing events and company activities for employee engagement.
- Update the legal provisions on regimes, policies, salary to promptly supplement and amend the company's regimes and policies in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Participate in proposing the development of internal policies/company rules.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
II. Admin (20%)
- Support in purchasing: drinking water, stationery,...
- Carry out procedures for making parking cards; construction permit (if any)
- Make a letter of introduction for employees.
- Support booking flight tickets, hotels for employees on business trips
- Looking after office equipment and assets (computers, air conditioners…) & contacting suppliers for repair & maintenance.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have good professional knowledge in human resource management, at least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Proficient in office computer skills. Good English writing and communication.
- A person with good covering, planning, reporting, and management skills.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous.
