A. Recruitment
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to HR Manager and/or Hotel Manager
Coordinating interviews with the HR Manager and/or Hotel Manager
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges and associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
B. Administration and HR Task
Control of all administration systems.
Making work permit, resident card, visa for expats.
Monitoring and carrying out procedures for issuance of a license to sell alcohol on the spot.
Monitoring and carrying out procedures for issuance of a license to sell cigarette on the spot.
Monitoring and carrying out procedures for certificate of food safety and conditions.
Periodically organize study and issue food safety knowledge certificates to Kitchen and Restaurant staff
Monitoring and carrying out procedures for Hotel star recognition.
Monitoring and carrying out procedures for certificate of security
Monitoring and coordinating with the fire prevention and fighting team leader to act the annual qualified record of fire prevention and fighting conditions.
Monitoring and coordinating with Security Supervisor to do the pavement permit every 6 months.
Monitoring and doing procedures related to the environment: discharge permits; Environmental monitoring reports periodically; Hazardous waste management; …
Control documents, stationery supplies and stores for operations according to procedures of Hotel.
Assist Hotel Manager for all tasks related to Hotel operations.
Coordinate all Departments in terms of regulations and control of the Hotel services’ quality.
Others tasks assigned by Management Board
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or Human Resources Management or legal
- Experience: Recruitment, Administration, C&B (is a plus). 2-3 years in similar position
- Experience in setting up and familiar with HR management software will be on the list of priorities
- Can work under high pressure, team-work as well as independent-work.
- Be pro-active, creative, decisive, keen, and flexible in handling duties.
- Be integrity, honesty
- Other skills:
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Teamwork spirit, flexibility, sense of responsibility and well-organized manner.
• Good computer skills and typing skills (including Microsoft Office capability)
PACKAGE:
- Salary range: 10 – 14 million (gross) plus monthly service charge and incentive
Negotiable depending upon experience.
