My client is currently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Director to head the HR department.

The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective people agenda in line with business goals, managing full spectrum of HR operations and building an engaged company's culture.


Description

* Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives

* Lead overall HR functions, include talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, talent management, employee engagement and HR information systems

* Initiate and constantly improve quality of people and organisational development plans to make sure company visions and goals are in line with people capabilities and development programmes in place

* Responsible for performance evaluation as well as incentives strategies to ensure they remain competitive and attractive for employees

* Advise senior stakeholders involved in execution of people development strategies to ensure good understandings of the values the development programmes can add and that they receive maximum supports moving forward

* Build positive working environment and enforce company's core values


Profile

* Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field

* Minimum 10 years of working experience

* In-depth knowledge of all HR functions and track record of leading an effective HR team

* Strategic, analytic, and agile mindset

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Have strong commercial mindset and business understanding

* Result-oriented, energetic, and proactive characteristic
