Mô Tả Công Việc
- Paper works management to make sure all the labor contracts and decisions are created with timely manner, which includes but not limited to Employee master file, Aprroval of recruitment, Labor contract, Decisions of salary increase, promotions, bonus, resignation …
- Make sure paper work ready for Labor inspection, for each staff: ID & photo, labor contract, health check, food hygiene check, fire safety training
- Make payroll, annual leave follow up, pay slip
- Set schedule on annual staff assessment for salary and promotion review, and follow up with managers to make sure it is on time.
- Social Insurance, Labor report when needed
- Manage staff PIT status: check if staff have PIT, if not , send ID for accountant to register one, advise if staff want to register PIT dependant
- Labor Union : update new members, record labor union funds and reports.
- Recruitments: sourcing recruitment solutions to bring best source of CVs. (CVs screening and interviewing, decison of recruiting will be done by managers)
- New staff briefing on company policy: standard working day, salary structure, annual leave and public holiday, paper needed, health check policy ….
Report to : Director
Working with: Restaurant Managers, GM, Accountants
Salary and benefits :
- Salary range: 10mil - 15mil
- Benefits: Service Charge, annual bonus, SHUI
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields: human resources, laws, business administration…
- At least 2 years experience in the same position.
- Knowledge and understanding of Labor laws, HR procedures..
- Good verbal/written English communication.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skill
- High responsibility, self-managed
- Honest, careful, reliable.
