Mô tả công việc
- Manage monthly payroll, allowances, overtime, incentives, social/health/unemployment insurance, personal income tax, and final settlements.
- Monitor attendance and leave records; reconcile timesheets with payroll.
- Handle procedures for maternity, convalescence, and other social insurance benefits.
- Prepare and submit labor reports to authorities in compliance with regulations.
- Administer tax codes, dependent registration, and coordinate PIT declarations and finalization.
- Maintain and update employee records; process personnel changes such as promotions, transfers, resignations, and salary adjustments.
- Oversee labor contracts, healthcare insurance, and performance evaluations.
- Support employee engagement, communication, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective collaboration between staff and management.
- Prepare periodic reports and perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing or production environments
- Solid understanding of payroll and social insurance processes, especially for direct labor
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Available to start immediately
