Mô Tả Công Việc
• Compensation & Benefit: process C&B tasks: Manage and process other rules relate to Salary-Insurance-PIT-Union-Labor contract base on Law of Vietnam and Company's regulation; Manage working time, calculate Salary-Insurance-PIT-Union; Process social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, Tax finalization and implement relevant regimes for employees as prescribed; Control and process the approved decisions.
• Control and resolve problem related to the labor relations internal and external issues.
• Manage and save all documents, records of the Human Resources Department.
• Be responsibility for identifing the needs and organizing internal and external training.
• Other Activities: Manager Workshop, Membership Training, Year End Party, Requently Company Party, etc.
• Support tasks related to foreigners: Work permit, Visa, Resident card & other legal document; Housing rental, school, telephone….; Business trip (Air ticket, hotel, Business trip fee...); Manage legal documents of Foreigner.
• Manage & control HR-GA cost.
• Other tasks asigned by General Director.
• Attractive salary, 13th month salary and bonus base on the company profit.
• Working time: Monday - Friday and Saturday morning. (Off 2 SAT/ month)

• Fully social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to Vietnamese labor law.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Gender: Female only
• Graduated University specializing in Human Resource, Business Management, Law or relevant.
• Understand Vietnamese Labor Code, PIT, relevant Laws.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Experienced in Logistics / Forwarder in foreign companies is a plus.
• Have the spirit of teamwork with honest- careful- professional Ethics
• Strong at control and management skills, passion & enthusiasm & high responsibility in work.
