Mô Tả Công Việc
- Coordinate with Manager to analyse recruitment demand from relevant departments in line with the approved manpower plan, give consult for effective recruitment.
- Perform recruitment process following company procedures
- Process onboarding procedures
- Maintain & develop recruitment channels effectively
- Coordinate with universities and Factory to carry out Scholarship Program, factory visit, training & installation practice
- Build up and develop fan page and social media aiming to enhance recruitment brand
- In charge employee engagement activities to enhance motivation, engagement of employee and reduce turn over rate.
3. HRBP task
- Act as business partner to understand on business situation and timely give effective support to departments
- In charge of employee performance evaluation (KPI) periodically in branch
- Give effective guidelines and advice to employees on implementation of company labor regulations and social insurance/PIT policies in line with Vietnam laws and regulations.
- Apply and renew VISA, Work Permit, and Temporary Residence Card for foreign experts. Follow the expiry date and timely do the renew
- Support Manager to perform manpower plan, company structure, employee branding, engagement activities
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 2-3 years working in HR in relevant field
- Good at English (both speaking and writing)
- Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advance
- Good at communication, negotiation, presentation skills
