The HR Executive is accountable for the following ongoing set of results, which are required to continuously propose improvements from time to time, under close supervision of the HRBP Manager/Admin Manager.
· The HR Executive is committed to providing extraordinary HR services in terms of recruitment, C&B management, Internal events for Culture Transformation, Employee engagement and to involving in global projects
· The HR executive is committed to providing extraordinary office management and administration services and to dealing powerfully and effectively with service providers to get the best possible price.
1. C&B management:
· Update master data and manage renew labor contract, tracking attendance, maintain leave records, issue letters.
· Manage and process payroll monthly, update E-payroll system and send pay slip to employees
· Declare Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance report, Family Dependence registration, Labor report for employees in time as per local regulation.
· Implement Personal Income Tax (“PIT”) monthly report and annual finalization report.
· Maintain Health Care Insurance, coordinate employees with insurance agency to guide and follow insurance claim.
· Prepare weekly/monthly expenses and headcount reports in a timely and accurate manner.
· Performing files and documents archiving
2. Employee experience
· Be responsible for designing, implementing, and execution all internal events for Culture Transformation, Engagement activities, All-hand Meeting, Team building, Company trip, birthday party.
· Work with HRBP to identify people experience challenges & pain points through communication/surveys and drive action plan implementation
· Look for service providers to get the best possible price/services.
· Managing payment to provider accounts: (collect supporting documents, create vendor ID, create payment request and follow up the payment status).
· Manage onboarding and offboarding work.
· Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
· Manage and handle employee’s records in HRIS (SAP, Base)
· Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by HRBP Manager from time to time
3. Recruitment assisting
· Assist HRBP Manager on recruitment process ranging from job advertisements posting/ candidate searching, screening, organizing interviewing, collecting all assessment, doing reference-check, preparing offer proposal, contacting offer with candidate, and preparing welcome employee.
4. Office management: Maintain the workability for the office, including:
· Handle proceed payment request and control office expenses
· Proposals, management the office equipment and asset
· Other tasks will be assigned by Admin Manager

· Strong performer (move up quickly in previous jobs) is preferred
· Strong communication in both English and Vietnamese, in both verbal and writing
· Familiar with HRIS is preferred
· Customer focused, service minded and act with speed
· Exhibit agility in uncertain and ambiguity situations
· Ability to pay attention to detail
· Ability to set up and implement new systems
· Committed to high standards
· Open minded to learn new things
· Experienced in taking lead HR internal events with curious and creative mindset.
