2. Assist in the internal communication activities, and admin procedures task.
3. To assist in budget plan (manpower, admin, training & recruitment)
4. Administration of Employees’ Information System, record keeping and opening new Personal file for new staff.
5. Monitoring staff Insurance (PVI) claims & report
6. Administer leave records and monitor staff attendance.
7. Coordinate overall payroll administration, bonus payments. Ensure timely processing/payments of monthly payroll for staff and maintain strict confidentiality of all records relating to payroll.
8. Ensure the safe custody and effective retrieval of all personal documents, records and files.
9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience : Minimum 3 years related experience
- Specific skills / abilities : Job Knowledge, Communication and writing skills, computer literate
- Personal qualities : Independent, Confidentiality, Integrity
