Mô Tả Công Việc
• Make monthly internal payroll reports, and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
• Manage BambooHR system & work with foreign consultants for foreign employee payrolls and issues
• Manage personnel procedures: Employment offer, labor contract, amendment, resignation, termination decisions, and relevant documents.
• Resolve & answer all issues related to salary & commission.
• Take responsibility on-increment or reduction of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance and prepare document claims to social insurance (if any) in accordance with the law.
• Keep up to date on labor rules and regulations, processes, and workflow.
• Assist HR Manager in annual salary review, performance appraisal, promotion programs, etc.
• Support the HR Manager to prepare the annual budget
• Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs
• Participate/ assist HRM in implementing teams’ projects & initiatives
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in working with the HRIS
• Good at communication & employees relation
• Good at English with 4 skills (speaking, writing, listening & reading)
• Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
• Mature, careful, and result-oriented
• Able to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines
