HR Executive (Recruitment)

1. Develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company

2. Propose policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews

3. Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company

4. Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organization's development

5. Manage the entire recruitment process

6. Represent the company at events and build a network

7. Counsel candidates regarding salary, company benefits, and work environment

8. Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metric

9. Coordinate with the marketing department to build innovative talent acquisition strategies

10. Administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee

11. Maintain good relations with past and potential candidates

12. Other assigned tasks by Human Resource Manager

1. Bachelor’s Degree of HR, Business Administration, and related fields

2. 02-03 Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role in HR. Experience in hospitality is preferred!

3. Interpersonal & communication, analysis, negotiation, problem solving, time management skills

4. Overall and detail oriented
