As HR Executive in our team, you will:
Talent Acquisition scope (60%):
- Follow and propose a recruitment plan to make sure of the human resources of the company.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Screen candidate’s resumes & job applications.
- Support to onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Source suitable candidates by getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
HR Legal scope (30%):
- Monitor and update the changes in the Vietnam Labor Law that impact the HR process.
- Support to adjust HR documents such as NDA and Labor contracts efficiently.
Admin scope (10%):
- Other tasks assigned by CEO
- Support HR operation tasks
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College/ University graduated in Human Resource Management, Business Administrator major.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Good at Microsoft Word/ Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to manage multiple assignments at the same time and maintain a high standard of work.
