Job overview: A highly motivated and skilled Group People Operations Executive (HR Generalist), who has a strong background in talent acquisition and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our Marketing Agency, Restaurant, and Wine selling business. The ideal candidate will also have experience in other HR functions, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
● Build and maintain a talent pipeline of candidates for future job openings, utilizing various recruiting tools and techniques.
● Continually contribute to knowledge base of people operations by providing up-to-date practices collected through stages of recruitment and propose solutions to promote employer brand identity.
● Continuously monitor and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve hiring goals.
● Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans and benefits packages.
● Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and culture.
● And other duties as determined by the line manager after due consultation

● Over 2 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Marketing Agency, Restaurant, and Sales industries and have the best knowledge of labour laws and SI&HI
● Strong understanding of recruiting tools and techniques.
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
