Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process (preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding) and negotiate competitive offers;
- Create employee code for new hired;
- Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
2. Employer Branding:
- Be partner with other stakeholders like Universities, Social organizations,... to diversify recruitment sources and promote Company's brand;
- Take part in executing CSR activities;
- Manage and update Company social network pages.
3. Admin:
- Coordinate with HR Team to organize internal activities: Company trip, Health check-up, Year-end party, Award ceremony and other HR activities annually.
- Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1 year experience in HR field (strong at recruitment, internal communication);
- Excellent written & verbal communication, result-oriented, collaboration and networking skills;
- Basic knowledge and skills in designing poster, job ads;
- Proficient English;
- Creative, proactive, well-organized.
