- Support for procedures for the company's legal documents: Erc; Irc...
- Support for procedures for expat: VISA, Work Permit, TRC, Accomodation...
*** Human Resource - 50%
- Recruitment: drafting JD, posting job, screening CV, contacting candidates...
- C&B: attendance record, part timer salary calculating, part-timer contract
- Internal communication & Employer Branding: HR channels managing, Organizing internal events...
*** Other tasks from line manager - 10%
Job requirements
- Female, under 27
- University degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields.
- At least 1 year of experience with similar role
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Excellent communications skills and office skills
- Bright mind, fast reaction
- Responsibility & reliable
