* Responsibilities (Identify the major responsibilities of the job holder)
HR Manager:
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Monitoring monthly salary calculation, personal income tax and making HR monthly report to BOD and HQ
- Monitoring the implementation of monthly Social insurance including procedures for increase and decrease, sickness, maternity, accident insurance
- Making budget for yearly staff cost and sending to F&A
- Monitoring for implementing and evaluating HR software system
- Monitoring labor contracts including making new labor contracts, renewing contracts, implementing labor contracts, resignation process and terminating contracts in accordance with Labor Law
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Implementing notices of procedures, regulations and HR policies
- Consulting and resolving requests from relevant departments in accordance with regulations
- Implementing internal and external training programs
- Monitoring staff discipline and collecting bad debt from resignation staff
- Applying work permit, visa for foreigners
- Managing Union team
- Submitting report to Government according to requirements in Labor Law
- Proceeding requirement from BOD
Administration Manager:
- Managing all issues related administration, such as: asset management, office and hub management, stationeries, fire protection, cleaning, security issue
- Booking air ticket, hotel for staff on business trip
Procurement Manager: Purchasing materials, tools, stationeries, IT equipment. Requested by departments

o Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Law or Foreign Language.
- At least 3 years working in HR field.
o Professional Qualification / Training
o Skills & Competencies
(E.g: PC/Software Applications, Language, Personal Characteristice or Behaviours)
- Good in English or Chinese
- Hard skill
