Job description

1. HR-GA Budget - Support HR-GA Manager to plan the Budget related to HR, GA, IT, Compliance & Legal at the beginning of each fiscal year - Work closely with F&A Manager to update the quarterly Budget and Forecast of remaining quarter under the regional instruction - Work with team members and F&A PIC to keep the record and manage the related costs under the budget 2. HR strategies - Support HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the global/ regional/ locally HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational growth (talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, HRBP, competency framework, Global Levelling and so on) 3. Human Capital Strategy - Update the HC movement periodically and submit the HC report to the Regional HCM as requested - Check the HR Dashboard periodically and work with HR members to update or revise HR Data timely and accurately - Update the Organization chart monthly and upon request 4. HRMS (Global) - Work with HR Managers to install/ maintain the Global HRM systems successfully and maintain Data Interface with Local HRM system to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness after the systems go live (including but not limited attendance of all meeting and trainings with Regional team). - Prepare User Manuals for all Modules of Global HRM systems and conduct End-user trainings and support the users after training to make sure that they can use system timely and accurately. - To input/update employees data (HCM and HN), generate reports, and maintain the highest data accuracy in Global HRM System by liaising with HR members (in HCM and HN) to maintain the highest data accuracy in both Global and Local HRM Systems. - Play as back-up role of Local HRM system management. 5. Compensation& Benefit - Work with HR Manager to prepare and update C&B Policy in order to enhance employee's satisfaction and attract talented candidates. - Be in charge of the external benchmark studies (Mercer Survey) and prepare data for Annually Salary Increment as requested. 6. Performance Appraisal - Conduct training for members regard Policy and Process related to Performance Management Goal Management, and provide any support, consultancy to members in order that members have common understand and application. - Work closely with HR manager to summary the Overall rating after calibration and perform calculation for Bonus and Incentive timely and accurately and inform the approval Bonus and Incentive to HR members to proceed the payment. 7. Employee Relation - Support HR Manager to proceed with Promotion, demotion & internal transfer for effective organization and resolve the disputes/ disciplinary issues. 8. Learning & Development - Support HR Manager to plan and implement learning and development strategy that are aligned with the global/ regional/ locally HR strategies and company Business strategies and manager the training plan & budget. - Keep the Training schemes updated for the levels to address the capability area of improvement to grow the organization to deliver business objectives. 9. Back up role - Play as back-up role of Senior HR -GA Executive and Employee Engagement 10. Others - Other tasked assigned by Department Managers

Job requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; - Be good at or familiar with various types of HRMS, especially Cadena and Success Factor - Have good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel, Power BI). - Thorough knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, HR policies/procedures and strong understanding of HR Stategies, including compensation principles such as salary structures and incentive program Talent Acquisition, People-Development programs. - At least 03 years of human resource experience required. - Plan-Do-Check-Action skill - Communication skill - Excellent Interpersonal, influencing/ negotiating/confliction resolution skills - Skills of Data Analysis, generating HR reports - Fluent in English ( speaking and writing skills) - Honest, well-organized, careful, detail – oriented personality, and high sense of responsibility especially in confidential matters - A good team player and good interpersonal skills with a positive and can-do attitude - Eager to learn new things to find solutions and take initiatives What can we offer? - Competitive salary - Training will be given by the company - Monthly gasoline and phone allowances - All working tools are provided by the company (laptop, stationaries, MS license)
