Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist with 1–3 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, precision in execution, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in structured, process-oriented environments and are passionate about enhancing HR efficiency through workflow optimization and automation. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting core HR functions while contributing to positive employee experience and organizational compliance.
Main Objectives
1. Ensure accurate employee data management, seamless onboarding/offboarding, and effective internal communication.
2. Drive operational efficiency through process automation and continuous improvement.
3. Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, including audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordination of hiring processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and uphold data integrity across HR systems.
• Support performance management processes and assist in identifying employee development needs.
• Contribute to career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and assist in audit preparation.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and provide HR support during organizational changes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage.
