We are looking for a HR Generalist to oversee, recommend and implement HR practices and procedures in Vietnam, and to comply with local ordinance and regulations. If you naturally build relationships with your peers, this role will be perfect for you.

Role description
• Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to hire the most suitable talent in alignment with approved headcount and recruitment requests from Hiring Managers
- Execute a professional brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touch points.
- Manage the internal applicant process and the employee referral process to ensure consistent and positive experience for all parties.
- Manage and execute the on-boarding process including orientation program and probation assessment for new staff.
- Manage existing recruitment channels, vendor expenses, recruitment metrics and candidate database records.
• Staff Engagement:
- Designing and implementing internal activities such as team building event, Tet, Mid-Autumn festival, etc. to improve employee morale and engagement.
- Create supportive work atmosphere Relationships through department and cross-department activities/ projects (team building, sport activities, parties & celebrations).
- Catch up with staff and leaders to solve any issues if any
• Other HR tasks:
- Manage and update HR documents including Labor regulation, Leave policy, Handbook, Organization chart, etc to keep the company abreast of current practice and informed of new developments
- Follow up labor contracts for renewal, probation review, salary increment
- Assist training program or coordination for Vietnam if necessary
- Conduct performance appraisal exercise
Yêu cầu công việc
Skill and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or other related fields;
- Minimum 4-year human resources experience in a sizable organization
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders;
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- Good in communication skill, interpersonal skill & problem solving capabilities;
- Ambitious and keen to learn, compassion and understanding;
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and good time management skills;
