HR Generalist

Working location: Lot CN3-11 Minh Quang IP, My Hao, Hung Yen (shuttle bus from Gia Lam - Ha Noi, Tien Du - Bac Ninh)
MAIN DUTIES:
• Acting as a contact person, advisor and mentor to executives, employees and managers
• Handle all matters related to the Social, Medical Health and Unemployment Insurance policies
• Handle recruitment end to end process (post advertisement for recruitment, contact to candidates, arrange the interview schedule, sort suitable candidate, prepare test, attend the interview).
• Ensure, supervise, orient the employee obey the company’s Regulation as well as enjoy company’s benefit.
• Up-date information related to labor law, Health and Social Insurance, PIT for every section.
• Be responsible for to save all document related to Human Resource & Admin fields
• Monitor employee's day-leave, daily attendance, compensation days.
• Prepare monthly payroll for all employees.
• Handle foreign personnel matter such as work-permit, visa, temporary residence card.
• Control other personal matters like controlling labor contract, employee's information, monthly report, … etc.
• Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs as well
• Develop employees engagement program to engage and retain talent.
• Propose ideas and organize internal staff activities/events such as monthly birthday lunch, internal company events, year-end party, teambuilding, free snack or sending birthday card, welcome onboard, orientation day, welcome back after maternity leave … etc. in order to promote a good working environnement and solid teamwork.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field required.
• At least 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
