HR Generalist (Senior)

Job Summary: The HR Generalist will act as a key liaison between employees and various HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and a consistent employee experience across the organization. This role will collaborate with internal HR teams - Talent Acquisition, L&D, Operations, and C&B - to deliver end-to-end HR services that align with business goals.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with the TA & C&B teams to support a full employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal transfers, role transitions and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigation.
• Assist with compensation analysis and annual salary reviews to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
• Support performance review cycles, feedback collection, and development plans.
• Liaise with the L&D team to identify training needs from business units.
• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Generate HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage employee database updates and HR documentation.
• Other tasks as requested by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 5 years of experience of HR Generalist or related position experience, preferably within an IT company.
• Demonstrated experience across the full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, etc).
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
• Strategic and critical thinking.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
• Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal) - essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
