HR Lead (Ecopark Hưng Yên) - Onboarding: Available Immediately Or After the Tet Holiday

EVG is looking for a hands-on HR Lead (mid-level) to drive the implementation of core HR functions during a standardization and restructuring phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performance Management (Key Focus)

• Implement KPI / Performance Management systems at department and individual levels

• Support KPI alignment with budgeting and business objectives

• Monitor, analyze performance data and recommend adjustments

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Handle disciplinary actions, violations, contract termination cases

• Support development and execution of ER policies and procedures

• Assist in managing labor law compliance risks across business units

3. HR Operations & Governance

• Implement HR policies on compensation, benefits, headcount planning

• Support workforce cost and headcount control

• Maintain standardized HR data and management reports

4. English & Project Coordination

• Use English in reports, projects, and consulting engagements

• Support preparation of bilingual HR policies and documents

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have

• 5–8 years of HR experience (HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Ops / HR Lead)

• Proven hands-on experience in Employee Relations

• Exposure to KPI / Performance Management implementation

• Good command of English (working proficiency)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in FnB, services, multi-site or multi-unit businesses

• Data-driven mindset, understanding of KPIs and budgeting
