HR Manager

OVERVIEW OF JOB:

HR Manager of the company for especially in Taiwan/China/Hong Kong company is a person who is managing and implementing job in charge of Human Resources and Administration to support Company’s sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED:

Human Resources:

• Working with departments to build proactive recruitment plans to ensure work force enough and qualified all the time.

• Building and carrying out annual training plans, talent retention program required by department and by company.

• Preparing and managing well the Human Resources annual budget

• Setting up precise and effective human resource processes

• Handling matters related to Human Resources such as monthly salary, employee resignation, labor contract termination, job promotion, discipline, etc.

• Implementing all related labor law and company policy such as: reports on labor, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, employee rights and responsibilities, etc.

• Working with all departments to build KPIs and bonus policy fits each department and company as well.

• Planning and managing seasonal, annual employee performance evaluation

Admin task:

• Managing use of catering, vehicles, stationery, tools, office supplies, etc.

• General management of administrative work in the office and factory.

• Other tasks as upper or line manager’s requirement

• University graduation in Human Resource Management, Law or relevant qualification.

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English is plus.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the position of manufacturing service company for especially in Taiwan/China/Hong Kong company, ideally small to medium size from 300-800 employee.

• Hands on & energetic person. Has experience to involve in setup of factory.

• Labor law understanding.

• Proficiency in Microsoft offices.

• Good at communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, strategic thinking.
