About the role
• The Human Resource Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Building policies and procedure
• Implement HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Deliver performance management system, monitor and support application and yearly performance review process for employees.
• Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures.
• Carry out necessary administrative duties and nurture a positive working environment
• Conduct performance and wage review.
• Review, revise & propose ideas for HR policies and procedures development to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
• Recommend and manage HR budget and costs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
2. Recruitment
• Supervise the recruiting team.
• Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
3. Compensation & Benefit
• Plan, direct and supervise C&B Team related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities.
• Analyze staff cost and initiate improvement.
• Leads HR Projects.
• Administrate compensation related issues, including but not limited to working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax.
4. Training
• Organize and supervise product training programs periodically and as they arise.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from College / University majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration.
- 5 years or more experience in the HR Generalist.
- Good business acumen.
- Have experience in applying AI is a plus.
- Experience in HR software.
- Careful, detailed and meticulous personality;
- Ability to withstand pressure well and have a high sense of responsibility at work.
- Good communication skills.
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills.
- Budgeting skills.
