JOB SUMMARY
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and maintaining a positive company culture. This role is crucial in building and developing a strong workforce that supports the business goals of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Create annual HR plans, including recruitment, training, and team development initiatives.
2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the entire recruitment process from planning and posting job openings to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build the employer brand to attract high-quality talent, especially within the logistics sector.
3. Performance Management:
• Develop and implement a performance evaluation system (KPI/OKR) for all employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to conduct regular performance reviews and create improvement plans.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
• Design, maintain, and update a competitive compensation system, including salary, bonuses, allowances, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with current labor laws and regulations.
5. Training and Development:
• Build and establish career development paths for employees.
6. HR Administration and Employee Relations:
• Handle all administrative procedures related to HR, such as labor contracts, social insurance, PIT (Personal Income Tax), etc.
• Address employee relations issues, resolve disputes, and maintain a positive working environment.

Job requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a strong advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Skills:
o Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN), and other relevant regulations.
o Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficient in HR management software and office applications.
o Proficiency in English with all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
o Experience working in a Logistics company or a manufacturing plant.
• Qualities: Honest, meticulous, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
