HR Manager

A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%)

• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with muamau.com’s growth stages.

• Plan and execute hiring for key departments: E-commerce Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Tech, and Back-office.

• Directly recruit key, managerial, senior, and hard-to-fill positions.

• Collaborate with department heads in interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.

• Build and strengthen Employer Branding to attract top talent.

• Manage and optimize recruitment channels: job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, e-commerce communities, and internal referrals.

• Build and maintain a strategic talent pool.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire).

B. General HR Management (40%)

• Oversee employee records, labor contracts, HR decisions, and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, PIT regulations, and company policies.

• Participate in developing and improving HR policies: compensation, KPI, performance evaluation.

• Coordinate onboarding, basic training, and employee engagement activities.

• Advise managers on HR matters, performance management, and employee relations.

• At least 5–8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.

• Experience in hiring for e-commerce, startups, or fast-growing environments.

• Solid understanding of the labor market and e-commerce roles.

• Strong communication, interviewing, and people assessment skills.

• Proactive, structured mindset with high adaptability to pressure.

• Knowledge of labor law is a plus.
