1. Establish Human Resource policies and ensure adherence in all departments within the business unit to uphold establish standards
2. Advise and ensure compensation packages are competitive and equitable to improve staff morale and retention for internal equity
3. Recruit, train, motivate and retain manpower in accordance to growth requirement of manpower plan
4. Concurrently plan and develop required strategic plan within HR scope to strengthen the company HR competencies.
5. Observe prescribed standards effectively when handling all forms of staff issues to promote a fair and transparent working environment
6. Develop and review incentive schemes to attract and retain good talents
7. Ensure staffs are properly inducted and their developmental needs are met to meet operational standards and requirements – first impression.
8. Establish and maintain relevant Job Description for all position to ensure understanding of and requirement of all position within the company.
