Prepare monthly report for management review on headcount, recruitment, overtime, absenteeism, turnover rate, accident, and personnel disciplinary issue, if any.
Environment, Health and Safety Management (EH&S)and plant security management.
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social-insurance and income tax issues in Vietnam.
Preferably experience in an international environment / organization.
Have knowledge of international standard.
Conflict resolution skills.
Accuracy about all Contract and Reports.
Good command of English.
