Follow up employment process of employee.
Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company;
Manage employee profiles and employee database on HR software.
Conduct orientation training for newcomers: company policy, email system, company culture….
Follow up staff performance appraisal;
Renewal of labor contracts;
Update of employees’ promotion, transfer, termination and exit interview
Build up company culture. Engage and allocate staff in organizing for company culture activities and events: teambuilding, charity, company trip, birthday party, etc… to strengthen teamwork.
Handle all of process: Work Permit, Resident Card, Visa, Professional License, Legal process, Social Insurance and relevant matters (pregnant matters/ maternity matter/ unemployment/ retirement…).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: 5 year or more in role of HR
Knowledge of all HR functions: Recruitment, Training, C&B, Employee relationship.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
“Can-do” attitude, active and decisive character.
Detail oriented, open to learn, self-driven & persistent, hardworking & well-organized, good communication skill.
Willing to learn, Honest and careful
Ability to adapt to fast changing and growing environment.
