- Check all reports of authorities.
- Check documents, notices, processes and regulations before issue.
- Making bonus and salary policies and new company policies for Company
- Orientation of human resources according to company strategy.
- Updating labour regulations which are ajdusted by the new labour law
- Creating salary scale and adjusting it at the time being
- Updating benefit policies for Company.
- Support in building the HR budget for the Company
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

* Requirement:
- Qualification: University or higher.
- Age: from 35 years old
- Sex: Male, Female
- Working experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Essential skills for work:
- Job skill:
+ Having general knowledge about HR.
+ Understanding labor law, social insurance law, tax law. Having professional knowledge in social insurance, labor contract, PIT, building salary file, salary scale, personnel policy, Building KPI, recruitment, training and HR budgeting
+ Able to manage and analyze data, under pressure and have a sense of responsibility at work.
+ Good presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills.
+Honesty, objectivity, carefulness, accuracy
+Comply with company data security principles.
- Computer skills: Word, Powerpoint, good Excel.
- Foreign Language skill: Communicate in Japanese or English.
- Other skill: using TS24, HTKK and human resource software.
- Preference:
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the retail industry.
Salary: 1500USD- 2000USD
