- Responsible for general HR activities of the company, including: recruitment, staff attendance, annual leave, salary calculation & payment, insurance, medical check up.
- In charge of PIT report & payment.
- Follow up the implementation of company’s regulation.
- Organize, implement basic training for company’s staff in accordance with authorities’ requirement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years working experience in managing HR&GA section.
- Upper intermediate level in English or Japanese
- Good leadership, communication, trouble shooting, self-development
- Good skill at planning, loyalty and team work spirit.
